Meeting Registration Information

The meeting registration fee includes all Symposia and Workshops, Plenary Sessions, the Sunday welcome social, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, all coffee breaks, the Poster Session, Exhibitor-Hosted Programs, the ToxTrot, and the Closing Social. ACT members may attend the Members’ Meeting, the Member Mixer, and the Awards Ceremony for no additional fee. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education (CE) courses for all registered meeting attendees.

NEW FOR 2025!

The Welcome Social—“Sip and Schmooze”—will be held on Sunday, November 16 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The event is free for all registered attendees (no guests). Light fare and a drink ticket will be provided.

Adding a CE Course or Special Event if already registered: If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course or special event ticket to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.

Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be received at ACT Headquarters in writing.

  • $100 processing fee before September 1, 2025
  • 50% refund if canceled September 2, 2025–October 2, 2025
  • No substitutions or refunds after October 2, 2025

Substitution Fees: A $100 substitution fee will apply starting September 2, 2025. Credit card details will be required to complete a substitution. The final day for substitutions is October 2, 2025.

By registering for the Annual Meeting, you agree to the ACT Privacy Policy, Safety Protocols, and Code of Conduct.
