The American College of Toxicology is fully committed to taking appropriate precautions to provide a safe and healthy environment for participants of the Annual Meeting.
Before Leaving Home
Consider packing masks and an at home COVID-19 test kit.
Follow relevant guidance provided by the World Health Organization, CDC, and your local health authority.
Adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the region you will be traveling to and the region you are traveling from.
Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with.
Stay home if you feel sick.
During the Annual Meeting
Follow guidance from health authorities for everyday preventative actions to help stop the spread of diseases, including:
Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Use an alcohol-based sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Cover nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing; throw used tissues in the trash.
Disinfect personal items such as cell phones and laptops that you use often.
Agree to and comply with all on-site safety and sanitation procedures put in place by the venue, ACT, and health and/or government agencies at the time of the meeting.
