The meeting registration fee includes all Symposia and Workshops, Plenary Sessions, the Awards Ceremony, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, all coffee breaks, the Poster Session, and the Closing Social. ACT members may attend the Members’ Meeting and Member Mixer for no additional fee. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education (CE) courses and the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.
ACT has continued to monitor the COVID-19 situation along with local and federal guidelines. Based on current health mandates in Orlando, Florida, the ACT meeting will not require proof of vaccination or proof of a negative PCR test. However, the local mandates could change; therefore, we ask that individuals bring a mask and proof of vaccination. Please see the Safety Protocols for details.

Adding a CE Course or Special Event If Already Registered: If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course or special event ticket to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.

*CE AM and PM course registrants may switch to a different AM and PM course without paying an additional course registration fee until November 3. After November 3, switching courses will be regarded as a separate registration, and an additional course fee will be required.

Requests for refunds must be received at ACT Headquarters in writing.
$100 processing fee before August 31, 2023
50% refund if canceled September 1, 2023–October 2, 2023
No refund beginning October 3, 2023
Substitution Fees: $50 substitution fee from October 2–October 31, 2023. $100 substitution fee beginning November 1, 2023. Credit card details will be needed to complete a substitution.
Please Note: Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters before the meeting or while registering on-site.
