Get the App and Navigate the Meeting from Your Mobile Phone or Tablet
The ACT Annual Meeting Mobile App will become available in the app marketplace in early November 2023. Registered attendees will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the app.
You will be prompted to enter your email address and a unique Access Key (not your ACT password) to access the mobile app for the first time. The mobile app is only accessible to registered meeting attendees.
How Do I Install the App?
iOS 13 and higher:
The iOS app is compatible with iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches and requires an operating system of 13.0 or higher.
Open the App Store and search for the app by entering "ACT Annual Meeting."
Tap the Get button.
Android 13 and higher:
Please note: The Android version of the app has known bugs and may not perform as well as the iOS version of the app.
The Android app is compatible with Android phones and tablets and requires an operating system of 4.2.2 or higher.
Open the Google Play app and search for the app by entering "ACT Annual Meeting."
Tap the Install button.
Tip for Samsung Users
Some Samsung devices have a feature called “Download Booster” that interferes with the syncing of the Annual Meeting Mobile App. The exact location of the feature differs from phone model to model, but it is generally located in Settings under Connections or in Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings (scroll to the very bottom) > Download Booster. Please turn off this feature and try syncing the app again.
