The American College of Toxicology (ACT) is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals attending the Annual Meeting. We continue to value the safety and security of our participants and will always prioritize these aspects at each Annual Meeting. We want to assure you that appropriate precautions have been taken to create a secure and healthy environment for everyone involved.
ACT acknowledges and recognizes the importance of creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants at our Annual Meeting. We are committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring that everyone feels safe, welcomed, and respected.
To enhance the risk management efforts, we have again employed the services of a professional risk management and security consulting firm. They have conducted a thorough assessment of this year's meeting location, as they do each year. Based on their recent evaluation, the venue and Orlando area have been categorized as low security risk. Our risk management firm follows industry best practices and will continue to monitor the meeting location and provide ongoing risk assessments, including onsite monitoring during the Annual Meeting.
It is essential to note that the selection of meeting locations is a process that takes place several years in advance. ACT is committed to contracting safe and suitable venues to ensure a comfortable and collegial atmosphere during our meetings. If you have any specific concerns or suggestions, please feel free to contact us directly. Your input is highly valued.
We look forward to hosting you in a safe and welcoming environment at the ACT Annual Meeting.
Proof of Vaccination
Verification of full vaccination will not be required for entry into the Annual Meeting.
ACT has continued to monitor the COVID-19 situation along with local and federal guidelines.
