The full meeting registration fee includes all Symposia, Workshops, and Plenary Sessions, the ACT Awards Ceremony, Poster Session, and the Closing Reception. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education courses.

Adding a CE Course:If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.
Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy
ACT will not offer refunds for the Virtual Annual Meeting. Health-related refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These special cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters. A $75 processing fee will be charged for cancellations.
Please Note: ACT Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters before the meeting or while registering.
Policy on External Financial Support
The American College of Toxicology (ACT) reserves the right to refuse, or restrict the use of, external financial support from any organization whose goals, objectives, or past actions are inconsistent with the mission of the College, which is to educate, lead, and serve the global community. Furthermore, ACT is committed to high ethical standards and sound scientific principles and will not be influenced by financial contributions.
ACT meeting attendees are asked to strictly adhere to the photography policy while participating in sessions and while in the virtual Exhibit Hall. As a courtesy to our speakers, poster presenters, and exhibitors, ACT asks that participants refrain from electronic capture of any and all presented material unless given written permission from the proprietary. Any person who does not comply with the policy may be asked to leave the event.
Posters should represent only scientific material and should not contain any marketing of a company, service, or product. The presenter may not engage in product detailing and may not direct participants to a particular exhibit, meeting, or other company-sponsored entity, website, activity, program, etc. Any and all handout material must be limited to a one-page PDF file of the poster or abstract. ACT reserves the right to remove any material deemed outside the guidelines and does not accept responsibility for the loss of this property.
Posters will be removed if it contains material violating the guidelines expressed.
Solicitation, at the ACT Virtual Annual Meeting, and/or to ACT attendees and exhibitors by anyone other than approved exhibitors and vendors is strictly prohibited.
