Virtual Meeting Registration Information

The full meeting registration fee includes all Symposia and Workshops, Plenary Sessions, the Welcome Reception, the Awards Ceremony, the Exhibition and Poster Session, and the Closing Social. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education courses. On-demand access to sessions will be available to registered attendees until December 31, 2020.

We encourage meeting attendees who are paying by credit card to register online.

Adding a CE Course if Already Registered: If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.

Changing CE Courses: CE course registrants may switch to a different course without paying an additional course registration fee until November 5. After November 5, switching courses will be regarded as a separate registration, and an additional course fee will be required. Please email ACT Headquarters for information about switching courses.

All ACT Continuing Education courses (with the exception CE 3/live event only) will be available for on-demand access until December 31, 2020. If you would like to purchase additional CE courses for later viewing, please email ACT Headquarters for assistance.

The virtual ACT Welcome Reception event is free and open to all registered attendees.
No ticket is required.

Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy

ACT will not offer refunds for the Virtual Annual Meeting. Health-related refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These special cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters. A $75 processing fee will be charged for cancellations.

ACT Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters before the meeting or while registering.
