Virtual Meeting Registration Information

The meeting registration fee includes all Symposia and Workshops, Plenary Sessions, the Awards Ceremony, the Welcome Reception, Talking Tox Webinars, the Poster Viewing, and the Closing Social. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education courses.

On-demand access to sessions until February 15, 2022.

We encourage meeting attendees who are paying by credit card to register online.

Adding a CE Course or Special Event if Already Registered: If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course or special event to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.

Changing CE Courses: CE course registrants may switch to a different course without paying an additional course registration fee until November 3. After November 3, switching courses will be regarded as a separate registration, and an additional course fee will be required. Please email ACT Headquarters for information about switching courses.

Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy

ACT will not offer refunds for the Virtual Annual Meeting.

Please Note: ACT Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken during the virtual Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters before the meeting.

By registering for the Annual Meeting, you are agreeing to the ACT Privacy Policy and the Meeting Code of Conduct. You may view the Privacy Policy or opt in/out of email communications from ACT at any time.

Policies

Policy on External Financial Support

The American College of Toxicology (ACT) reserves the right to refuse, or restrict the use of, external financial support from any organization whose goals, objectives, or past actions are inconsistent with the mission of the College, which is to educate, lead, and serve the global community. Furthermore, ACT is committed to high ethical standards and sound scientific principles and will not be influenced by financial contributions.

Photography

ACT meeting attendees are asked to strictly adhere to the photography policy while participating in sessions and while attending Poster Viewing Session. As a courtesy to our speakers, poster presenters, and exhibitors, ACT asks that participants refrain from electronic capture of any and all presented material unless given written permission from the proprietor. Any person who does not comply with the policy may be asked to leave the event.

Posters

Posters should represent only scientific material and should not contain any marketing of a company, service, or product. The presenter may not engage in product detailing and may not direct participants to a particular exhibit, meeting, or other company-sponsored entity, website, activity, program, etc. Any and all handout material must be limited to a one-page photocopy of the poster or abstract. ACT reserves the right to remove any material deemed outside the guidelines and does not accept responsibility for the loss of this property. Posters will be removed if not placed in an assigned poster number or if a poster contains material violating the guidelines expressed.

Recording Consent

By participating in a virtual Annual Meeting Question and Answer session, you consent to being recorded for on-demand access, which may be available to registered attendees.

Sharing Contact Information

By attending Talking Tox Webinars you agree to have your contact information shared with exhibitors to facilitate ongoing efforts to encourage and enhance the networking opportunities for which ACT is known. If you do not prefer to share your digital business card with exhibiting companies, you may refrain from participating in the webinars.

Solicitation

Solicitation at the ACT Annual Meeting, and/or to ACT attendees and exhibitors by anyone other than approved exhibitors and vendors is strictly prohibited.
