Meeting Registration Information

The meeting registration fee includes all Symposia and Workshops, Plenary Sessions, the Awards Ceremony, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, all coffee breaks, the Poster Viewing, and the Closing Reception. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education courses.

Please note that while we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation, attendance will be limited due to social distancing guidelines.

We encourage meeting attendees who are paying by credit card to register online.

Adding a CE Course or Special Event if Already Registered: If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.

Changing CE Courses: CE course registrants may switch to a different course without paying an additional course registration fee until November 10. After November 10, switching courses will be regarded as a separate registration, and an additional course fee will be required. Please email ACT Headquarters ACT Headquarters for information about switching courses.

Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy

Requests must be received at ACT Headquarters in writing.

$75 processing fee will be charged for cancellation before August 31, 2021. 50% refund if cancelled September 1–October 1, 2021. No refunds beginning October 2, 2021.

Please Note: ACT Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters before the meeting or while registering on-site.

By registering for the Annual Meeting, you are agreeing to the ACT Privacy Policy and the Meeting Code of Conduct. You may view the Privacy Policy or opt in/out of email communications from ACT at any time. A signed COVID-19 Assumption of Risk and Release Waiver will be required for all on-site meeting attendees.

ACT name badges must be worn at all times during the meeting. Altering badges in any manner is strictly prohibited.

Policy on External Financial Support

The American College of Toxicology (ACT) reserves the right to refuse, or restrict the use of, external financial support from any organization whose goals, objectives, or past actions are inconsistent with the mission of the College, which is to educate, lead, and serve the global community. Furthermore, ACT is committed to high ethical standards and sound scientific principles and will not be influenced by financial contributions.


ACT meeting attendees are asked to strictly adhere to the photography policy while participating in sessions and while attending ACT Expo Live! As a courtesy to our speakers, poster presenters, and exhibitors, ACT asks that participants refrain from electronic capture of any and all presented material unless given written permission from the proprietor. Any person who does not comply with the policy may be asked to leave the event.


Posters should represent only scientific material and should not contain any marketing of a company, service, or product. The presenter may not engage in product detailing and may not direct participants to a particular exhibit, meeting, or other company-sponsored entity, website, activity, program, etc. Any and all handout material must be limited to a one-page photocopy of the poster or abstract. ACT reserves the right to remove any material deemed outside the guidelines and does not accept responsibility for the loss of this property. Posters will be removed if not placed in an assigned poster number or if a poster contains material violating the guidelines expressed.


Solicitation on the show floor, at the ACT Annual Meeting, and/or to ACT attendees and exhibitors by anyone other than approved exhibitors and vendors is strictly prohibited.
