Meeting Registration Information

The meeting registration fee includes all Symposia and Workshops, Plenary Sessions, the Awards Ceremony, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, all coffee breaks, the Poster Session, and the Closing Social. Additional fees are required for Continuing Education (CE) courses and the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.

Please note that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and the meeting will adhere to local and federal guidelines. Proof of vaccination, or a negative PCR COVID-19 test, is required of all registered attendees and guests. Please see the COVID-19 Safety Protocols for details.

We encourage meeting attendees who are paying by credit card to register online.

Adding a CE Course or Special Event If Already Registered: If you have already registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to add a CE course or special event ticket to your registration, please email a Registration Form to ACT Headquarters with your additional selections or call the Headquarters Office directly at 703.547.0875 for assistance.

*With the exception of the Study Director/Monitor course, CE AM and PM course registrants may switch to a different AM and PM course without paying an additional course registration fee until November 4. After November 4, switching courses will be regarded as a separate registration, and an additional course fee will be required. Due to the variance in course registration fees, switching from the Study Director/Monitor course to a different CE course is not permitted.

Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be received at ACT Headquarters in writing.

  • $75 processing fee before August 31, 2022
  • 50% refund if canceled September 1, 2022–October 3, 2022
  • No refund beginning October 4, 2022

Please Note: Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to ACT Headquarters before the meeting or while registering on-site.
