International Attendance

ACT welcomes attendees from around the globe to this open scientific meeting. This is a reminder to international travelers to apply for your visa early, three to four months before the travel date, as it can take some time for a response. Travel.State.gov is the official source for visa information for the United States. Contact ACT Headquarters to request a letter of invitation if needed for travel approval.

If you have any problems regarding your visa applications, please report your case to the International Visitors Office of The National Academies by completing their online questionnaire. To help them identify your case, please include the name of our Meeting (American College of Toxicology's 37th Annual Meeting) in the Purpose of Visit field on the questionnaire. The International Visitor's Office can submit inquiries to the US Department of State about the status of visa applications that have been pending for 21 days or more.
