Instructions for ACT Poster Presentations

Posters will be in place on Sunday afternoon (set-up hours are 2:00 pm–6:30 pm) and will be displayed from Monday through Tuesday poster teardown (teardown hours are 4:30 pm–7:30 pm) in the Red Rock Ballroom. Designated authors (indicated in the Program poster description by an underline) will present their poster during the Poster Reception on Monday, November 9, from 5:30 pm–7:00 pm.

Upon acceptance of the poster abstract, the presenting author must register for the meeting (full meeting registration is required; there are no exceptions). Posters will be assigned a number for a designated 4'x6' cork board (numbers will be shown in the Program’s Author Index). Please include the title and the names of the investigators at the top of your poster, and include the abstract along with the other information you want to display (display should be limited to encore scientific data and should not contain marketing of any kind). Pushpins are needed to attach your poster. ACT is not responsible for posting, removing, or storing posters.
