Registration Information

The registration fee includes the ACT Awards Luncheon on Monday, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, all coffee breaks, and a Monday evening poster wine and cheese event in the Exhibit Hall. Additional registration fees are required for Continuing Education courses and the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.
We encourage meeting attendees who are paying by credit card to register online.
Registration forms with the appropriate remittance may also be sent via email, mail, or fax.
Note: If you have already registered for the meeting and would like to add a CE Course or the Welcome Reception ticket to your registration please email ACT Headquarters in an additional registration form with what you would like added or call the Headquarters Office directly for assistance.

Registration forms can be sent by email, fax or mail. No registrations will be accepted by phone. If you have registered prior to October 16, you will receive your name badge, course and welcome reception ticket(s), and qualifying ribbons in the mail. You will not need to stand in the registration line if you received your name badge in advance. Your Program and badge holder will be available for pick up near the registration onsite.

Meeting and Continuing Education Registration Refund Policy
Requests must be received at ACT Headquarters in writing.
- $75 processing fee before September 8, 2015
- 50% refund if cancelled September 8, 2015–October 7, 2015
- No refund beginning October 8, 2015
Please Note: ACT Annual Meeting registrants grant ACT permission to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Annual Meeting unless written notification by the registrant stating otherwise is submitted in writing to the ACT Headquarters prior to the meeting or while registering onsite.
