Help Tip for Samsung Users

Some Samsung devices have a feature called Download Booster that interferes with the syncing of the app. The exact location of the feature differs from phone model to model, but it is generally in the Settings area under Connections or in Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings (scroll to the very bottom) > Download Booster. Please turn off this feature and try syncing the app again.
