Hotel Reservation Deadline is October 6, 2014 (on a space-available basis)
When making your hotel reservation, please mention that you are attending the American College of Toxicology Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%) in effect at the time of check-out. The room rate is offered three days prior to and three days following the ACT meeting based on availability for reservations made before the cut-off date. Room reservations received after October 6, 2014 cannot be made at the convention rate. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Please note that a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax will be taken at the time of booking. Please contact the hotel’s reservation department at 407.239.1234 if you need a receipt.
Hotel Program Fee Waived
For all attendees staying at the hotel the $10 hotel program fee has been waived. The Hotel Program Fee provides use of hotel activities and amenities including: hard-wire and in-room basic wireless internet (WiFi will not be accessible in the session rooms or Exhibit Hall), in-room laptop safe, unlimited access for local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, in-room coffee/tea, intra-property transportation, unlimited use of the Health Club, 9-hole Pitch and Put course (balls and clubs included), golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club (racquet and balls included), basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall and all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydrobikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadracycles. Complimentary theme park shuttle to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios/Island of Adventure (please check with the hotel concierge regarding shuttle times).
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your reservation, 72 hours advance notice is required in order for the deposit to be refunded. Cancellation inside 72 hours of check-in will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
