Pathology for Nonpathologists—Europe
This three-day joint American College of Toxicology (ACT), British Society of Toxicological Pathology (BSTP), and Society of Toxicologic Pathology (STP) course, modeled after the successful ACT/STP US Pathology for the Nonpathologist course, will be held for the first time in the United Kingdom in July 2015.
The knowledge gained will be immediately applicable to your day-to-day practices. The course will be suitable for toxicologists, safety pharmacologists, nonclinical regulatory scientists, and other scientists working in preclinical disciplines. The content will be suitable for those who are relatively new to their roles, and will also be highly relevant to experienced scientists who wish to consolidate their understanding, and update their knowledge of recent developments and changes in the field. Highly respected pathologists with current, relevant experience in toxicologic pathology will provide lectures covering anatomy and physiology, spontaneous and chemically induced pathological changes, clinical pathology, and case examples.
